Dr Ramsay has a subspecialty interest in Paediatric Imaging, having completed subspecialty training at St Georges’ Hospital.  She spent 18 months at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital completing a post CCT Fellowship.  She specialises in imaging children in all modalities, including ultrasound, Xray, CT and MRI.  She works closely with the paediatricians at Frimley Park Hospital. 

Dr Lauren Ramsay qualified from the University of Southampton Medical School in 2009.  Two years after qualifying she was accepted onto the St Georges’ Hospital radiology training scheme and obtained her FRCR in 2014.

She completed a Medical Education Fellowship in 2017, as well as obtaining a PG Cert (merit) in Medical Education.

Dr Ramsay has published several book chapters as well as original research.  She is a peer reviewer for paediatric paper submissions to the journal Clinical Radiology.  She has organised national and international courses in the field of paediatric imaging.
