Dr Hywel Evans

Dr Hywel Evans studied preclinical medicine at Oxford University, where he obtained an MA in Physiological Sciences. He completed his medical training in St George’s Hospital Medical School, London in 1994. After working as a surgical trainee and obtaining fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS), Hywel was accepted onto the St George’s Hospital radiology training scheme. He completed his training in 2005 after obtaining fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR), and has worked as a Consultant at Frimley Park NHS Foundation Trust since then. He is honorary doctor for the WRU Exiles rugby club.
Hywel’s practice in Radiology is general, but he has developed specialist interests in musculoskeletal and uroradiological imaging. He has a busy diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal practice, both NHS and private
